Pilates Studio!
Art of Motion Pilates focuses on private, semi-private and small group Pilates sessions located at the top ranked Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club and is the only studio in the area that utilizes a full compliment of Classical apparatus and also the Redcord® suspension system.
Owner and certified instructor Katherine Rice is comprehensively trained in classical and contemporary Pilates.
